 I cannot recommend Aimee with Sport Horse Kinesiology enough! After ACL surgery, I was struggling with a very obvious limp and constant knee and back pain that required me to rely on ibuprofen daily. After just one session with Aimee, my limp was completely gone, and my pain decreased so significantly that I no longer needed any pain relief. It felt like a night-and-day difference, and I finally felt normal again!

Aimee’s work didn’t just transform my own recovery; she’s also made an incredible impact on my horses. My 19-year-old Advanced-level eventer was showing signs of stiffness in his movement and jump. After Aimee worked on him, he’s like a new horse—full of energy, bucking, playing, and jumping around the paddock. He’s even outlasting me in our rides! I’m the one getting tired now, while he’s ready to keep going.

My 8-year-old mare, who has always been sensitive and reactive, has undergone an equally remarkable transformation. She’s relaxed to the point where I can put her on the lunge line, and she moves so slowly and calmly you’d think she’s a pleasure horse. She’s no longer reactive to being brushed and has become a joy to handle.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Barlet and her work. She did three different sessions on my horse Dublin and I saw marked improvement in his relaxation and performance under saddle. He was looser and more willing to maintain contact. 

I also was Dr. Barlet's assistant working with a few other horses and the changes in their ability to stretch and to change between gaits or their willingness to work under-saddle was nothing short of miraculous.

 We love Aimee! As a massage based bodyworker, there are certain things I know myself, my horses, and my clients need that it takes a village to provide, and I have felt my own improvements as well as the horses in just one or two sessions. My chronically crooked hips and pelvic muscles have felt so much better helping my riding, my new horse has made progress with his appetite during his transition to a new living situation, and my longtime horse feels so much better in his hind end. Can’t be coincidence that my gelding and I also have the same patterning 😆. Her work is definitely something you have to see & feel to believe and I’m so happy she is here in DFW with us. 

 Aimee has worked on me and 2 of my horses. We have addressed everything from physical issues to mental and emotional blocks that have been “stuck” for years.  Sport Horse Kinesiology/Dr. Aimee worked on my horse Eliot this afternoon and it was absolutely nothing short of amazing.  Eliot approved!
